The Osteria Allegro Pachino is situated in the historical center of Rome, next to the beautiful Fontana di Trevi. The interior of the inn is furnished in wood lending itself a rustic yet refined style. It is a place to savor the many flavors of the typical Roman dishes which are accompanied by a fine selection of wines. The dishes are based on traditional Roman flavors, as for example pasta 'cacio e pepe', 'l'amatriciana' and 'ossobuco alla Romana' or the delicious 'puntarelle in anchovy sauce'. The Roman style artichoke is the star, not only in various pasta dishes or by itself in 'carciofo alla Giudia', but also it is unique in its splendid composition almost like a flower, and typical for this Osteria!
